A helicopter was doing laps at a pretty low altitude over my local neighbourhood this morning for some reason. This kind of thing doesn’t happen every day so obviously I ran outside with my camera to nab a photo of it. Unfortunately I missed the shot when he was right outside my house, and of the others I took they were all slightly out of focus on the chopper thanks to my auto focus. This is the best one I got and although I’m not particularly impressed with the shot itself I decided to post it as my photo for the day anyway. It was a bizarre sight to behold this helicopter mere meters above the local houses and I wish I had managed a better photo. I guess this will serve as a reminder of how easy it can be to miss the great photos out there.
