I decided to have another crack at macro photography after getting my new lens yesterday, and I tried with slightly better lighting this time. This fly sat still for a ridiculously long time while I took his picture so I thought it would be rude to not use one of the shots as my Project 365 photo for the day.

To be honest I am having trouble finding good subjects for this each day given how early I leave for work and how late I get home. Low lighting really limits my options but I refuse to give up! It’s a challenge but I’m not going to stop until I complete the year 🙂
